Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Graphory. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Last updated: April 12, 2026.
1. The service
Graphory is a graph-native data infrastructure layer operated by Groundstone Group. It connects to business tools you authorize, extracts data, and stores the result as a knowledge graph you can query via API or MCP.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account and under API keys issued to your organization. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not connect data sources you are not authorized to access.
- Do not use Graphory to store or process data you are not legally allowed to store or process.
- Do not attempt to access another organization's graph, credentials, or data.
- Do not abuse the API (reasonable rate limits apply and are published).
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, or re-host the service without a written agreement.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you connect to Graphory and all data derived from it. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and serve that data back to you for the purpose of operating the service. Details of what we collect and how it is stored are in the Privacy Policy.
5. Free tier and paid plans
Graphory offers a free tier with a node-count limit and paid plans with higher limits. Pricing and limits are published at graphory.io/pricing. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice for existing paid customers.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. For paid plans, service level commitments are provided in a separate agreement.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, your data is handled according to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Graphory is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to account owners at least 14 days before taking effect.
